In the heart of the wine route between Vaison-la-Romaine and Avignon, more precisely in Séguret, is the Mas des Fleurs.
The Mas des Fleurs, with a surface area of 250m2 of living space, has been tastefully renovated in the Provencal style. It is located in the middle of vineyards and the 1000m2 enclosed garden offers a view of the village of Séguret, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the Dentelles de Montmirail, a limestone massif whose erosion has formed needles and peaks. You will be seduced by the vegetation and flowers that enchant the property and give the place a bucolic and relaxing atmosphere.
You will be able to have breakfast under a flowered pergola, play pétanque in the inner courtyard, relax on the deckchairs by the swimming pool (Length 10m*width 5.5m, secured by a wooden fence), enjoy the coolness of the shaded terrace under the song of cicadas, and have an aperitif in front of the setting sun. One of the terraces is equipped with a barbecue corner and will allow you to spend beautiful summer evenings.
You can swim in the swimming pool from April to October. The swimming pool is heated by solar panels from May to September and can be heated on demand in October and April thanks to the action of a heat pump.
The farmhouse is composed of 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people. On the first floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, the 2 living rooms, one of which has a fireplace, the green bedroom (bed 160x200) and the shower room.
Upstairs are the blue and yellow bedrooms (160x200 beds), the very spacious master bedroom (a 180x200 bed and a 110x190 bed), next to which is the large and bright bathroom (bath and shower). The blue room is ideal for children, as it is adjacent to the bathroom and to the parents' room, while the small annex in the inner courtyard has been converted into a children's room (bunk beds).
The whole property is equipped with external lighting (wall and ground lighting) allowing you to take full advantage of the outside facilities at nightfall.
For the little ones, two children's chairs and two cribs are available. We can also recommend the services of a babysitter or a kitchen helper.
Finally, two bicycles are at your disposal and will allow you to go for a ride around the property.
Nearby, you will discover picturesque villages surrounded by vineyards, such as Séguret, Roaix, Sablet, Gigondas, and Beaumes-de-Venise.
Les Dentelles de Montmirail is a great place for outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking and climbing, which will delight young and old. The Vaison-la-Romaine market which takes place every Tuesday brings together many traders and is one of the most beautiful in the region.
The wine cellars and small harvesters are numerous, they produce Côtes-du-Rhône appellation wines but also exceptional vintages (especially those of Gigondas and Vacqueyras).
